High Country Health Care System (HCHCS) has proudly provided quality home health and hospice services to thousands of patients and families in Alleghany, Ashe and Watauga Counties for over 30 years.

To strengthen our agency our Board of Directors recently voted and approved the sale of our agency to the larger home health and hospice agency, Medical Services of America (MSA). As we go through the transition process to become part of MSA, we will continue to provide the same quality care you have received in the past.
