Dear Friends,
Donating to High Country Hospice
High Country Health Care System faces many challenges with the growing needs of our communities for Hospice care. High Country Health Care System is a non-profit organization that can give you a tax deductible receipt for all donations as provided by law. Every gift, no matter what size, can make a difference. Ways of donating include: Memorial/Honorarium Gifts - can be made to High Country Health Care System as a special way to pay tribute to someone who has touched your life. Families often request that donations are made in memory of their loved one and include this information in obituaries. We will provide the family of the one being remembered/honored with a letter noting your gift without specifying the amount of the contribution. In-Kind Donations - s uch as furniture from your former vacation home, can be used to raise money for patient services by becoming part of our flea markets and bazaars that are held in each county. Other Donations - Have you recently sold a car or boat? Consider giving your proceeds to High Country Hospice. Not only will you be helping the terminally ill in your community, you will recieve a tax write off as well.
